State-Specific Intelligence

Your exam isn’t just
national real estate.
It’s your state’s law.

Most exam prep teaches you national real estate principles and calls it done. But 30–40% of your state licensing exam is state-specific — your commission’s rules, your state’s disclosure laws, your state’s trust account requirements.

ProfPrep teaches both. State law callouts are flagged explicitly throughout every study guide, exam, and simulator session.

Commission rules in plain English — OREC, KREC, LREC, TREC, MREC rules explained like your instructor should have
Disclosure requirements — exactly what must be disclosed, when, and to whom under your state’s law
Trust account rules — your state’s specific requirements, not a generic overview
License renewal & CE — what you need to know for the exam, not just for your career
Statute explainer — type any rule or statute number, get a plain-English explanation with a transaction example
🟥
Oklahoma
OREC — Oklahoma Real Estate Commission
OREC rules, disclosure act, dual agency, advertising rules, license renewal CE requirements
🌻
Kansas
KREC — Kansas Real Estate Commission
KREC rules, Kansas disclosure requirements, trust accounts, advertising, CE requirements
⚜️
Louisiana
LREC — Louisiana Real Estate Commission
LREC rules, Louisiana disclosure act, trust accounts, advertising, license renewal
Texas
TREC — Texas Real Estate Commission
TREC rules, Texas intermediary relationship, seller disclosure notice, trust accounts
🐻
Missouri
MREC — Missouri Real Estate Commission
MREC rules, Missouri disclosure requirements, trust accounts, advertising, CE

Five tools.
Built for the PSI exam.

Every feature was designed around how the PSI real estate exam actually tests you — national principles, state law, and applied judgment in the field.

Everything you
need to know.

How is ProfPrep different from other real estate exam prep?
Most platforms give you a national question bank and add a few state questions at the end. ProfPrep builds every feature around your specific state — the AI tutor knows your state’s commission rules, the exam questions reference your state’s statutes, and the transaction simulator plays out under your state’s law. The Statute Explainer alone is something no other platform has.
Will I ever run out of practice questions?
No. Questions are AI-generated fresh every session — you’ll never see the same question twice. You get 30 exam sets per month, each generating a full set of questions on the topics you select. If you need more, you can reset your monthly limits for $13.99.
How does the Transaction Simulator work?
You choose your role (buyer’s agent, listing agent, or dual agency), transaction type, and complication. The simulator walks you through 7 stages of a real residential transaction. At each stage you make a decision — the correct choice is explained with rationale, the wrong choices show you the license consequences. Your state’s law is flagged at every stage it applies.
What does the Statute Explainer do?
Type any commission rule, statute number, or legal concept and get a plain-English explanation of: what it says, what the violation consequences are, and a practical example of how it plays out in a transaction. The PSI exam frequently tests these rules — being able to explain them in plain English means you understand them well enough to answer correctly.
Does the AI tutor know my state’s law?
Yes. Each state’s version of ProfPrep is configured specifically for that state — the tutor knows OREC rules for Oklahoma, TREC rules for Texas, KREC rules for Kansas, and so on. When you ask a question, it answers in the context of your state’s specific requirements, not a generic national answer.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, 6 months of access, no auto-renewal. Most students pass their exam within 2–3 months of focused study. If you need more time, you can purchase an extension at the same rate.
What are the monthly limits?
30 study guides, 100 tutor messages, 30 exam sets, and 20 simulator runs per month. These reset on the 1st of each month. Most students never hit the limits in normal study. If you’re in crunch mode before your exam, you can reset everything for $13.99.
My state isn’t listed. When is it coming?
We’re adding states regularly. Arkansas, Colorado, Tennessee, and Georgia are on the short list. Email us your state — demand drives the priority. If enough students from one state ask, we move it up.
